Brief Description
Schadstoffbeseitigung, Entkernung, Abbruch Bestandsgebäude inkl. Entsorgung, Grundfläche ca. 2000 m², Kubatur ca. 22.500 m³, erbaut ca. 1972 in Stahlbeton-Skelett-Bauweise mit vorgehängter Fassade und Decken aus Betonfertigteilen.
Ausbau sämtlicher abgehängter Decken, Bodenbeläge und Estriche, nicht massiver Innenwände, Fensterbänder (Metallfassade), vollständiger Rückbau des Flachdachs bis OK Betondecke, Rückbau der kompletten Gebäudetechnik (HLS und ELT), Totalabbruch.

Schadstoffbelastungen: Asbest (unter anderem Massivwände, Stützen, Decken mit Asbestspachtelung ca. 2.000 m², Fliesenkleber 1.100 m², Brandschutzklappen, Abdichtung/Dampfsperre Flachdach ca. 2.200 m², Bodenbeläge ca. 250 m², Abdichtung Bodenaufbau mit Asbest ca. 400 m², Flanschdichtungen, Füllungen Fassadenelemente AZ, Beton mit asbesthaltigen Abstandshaltern), alte Mineralwolle (Deckenplatten mit Dämmung ca. 3.800 m², Dämmung Boden, Wände, HLS), PCB (Dichtungsmassen), PAK (Teerkork Boden ca. 400 m²).
