Brief Description
Das bestehende Rundfunkmuseum in Fürth wird
vollständig saniert und durch einen Neubau ergänzt.

In diesem Zuge erhält das Museum einen neuen Cafébereich
mit einer Küche, welche von einem externen Betreiber betrieben
werden soll.

Die Küche verfügt über einen Herd, einen Kombidämpfer,
eine Frischestation sowie über eine Spülstation.

Hierzu gehört dann auch der Thekenbereich mit Kuchen-
ausstellungsmöglichkeiten und einer professionellen
Kaffeemaschine.

Im Lager werden die Kühlschränke und Regale platziert.
