Neben den Betoninstandsetzungsarbeiten sind Rückbauarbeiten der vorhandenen TGA
erforderliche. Hier liegen Schadstoffbelastete Bauteile (Schwach gebundene Asbestprodukte in
Brandschutztüren und Lüftungskanälen, KMF in Dämmung von Rohrleitungen, PCB in
Leuchtstoffröhren) vor und eine Schadstoffsanierung gemäß TRGS 519, TRGS 521 und TRGS559
