Auf dem Werftgelände des Technischen Service der Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG, Niederlassung Emden ist die Erweiterung des E-Werkstattgebäudes geplant. Dafür ist der vorhandene Anbau in Massivbauweise durch den Auftragnehmer abzubrechen und durch eine neue Stahlhalle zu ersetzen.
