Brief Description
Die Stadt Celle beabsichtigt, die Bestandsdaten des Alten Rathauses in Celle systematisch zu
erfassen und zu bewerten. Auf Grundlage dieser Ergebnisse sollen dann notwendige
Entscheidungen getroffen werden, um dann weitere Planungen anstoßen zu können. Dafür
erfolgt diese Ausschreibung als erster Schritt für die weitere Planung.
Es sollen erstellt werden:
3D Erfassung des Gebäudes als verformungsgerechtes Aufmaß
Bautechnische Bewertung, Erfassung und Dokumentation des Ist-Zustandes
dazu notwendige Bauteilöffnungen
