Der Austausch der alten Holzfenster ist aus mehreren Gründen notwendig. Sie entsprechen nicht mehr den aktuellen Anforderungen an Energieeffizienz, Schallschutz und Sicherheit. Moderne Fenster reduzieren den Wärmeverlust erheblich, senken somit die Heizkosten und verbessern die Arbeitsbedingungen deutlich. Auch unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten ist der Fenstertausch sinnvoll, da der Energieverbrauch gesenkt und der CO-Ausstoß reduziert wird.
