Brief Description
Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Dachsanierung einer Sport,-u. Schwimmhalle Baujahr 1979/80 bei der Bundespolizeisportschule, Bad Endorf - Ströbing.
Die komplette bestehende Dachhaut (Ziegel) wird abgetragen. Die neue Eindeckung ist als Metalldach geplant. Die Holzdachkonstruktion wird in diesem Zuge statisch geprüft sowie auf optische Schäden gesichtet. Entsprechende Holzteile sind zu erneuern sowie eine komplette neue Abdichtung ist zu erstellen. Die Attika ist neu auszubilden, der Einbau eines DFF und einer RWA sind angedacht.
Die Dachform ist ein Satteldach, das Gebäude ist 37,05 m lang und 21,6 m breit und ca. 13,5 m hoch.
