Brief Description
Gemäß den Anforderungen des § 558d BGB, des Mietspiegelreformgesetzes (MsRG) und der Mietspiegelverordnung (MsV), sowie unter Berücksichtigung vom Bundesinstitut für Bau-, Stadt- und Raumforschung (BBSR) herausgegebenen Handlungsempfehlungen zur Erstellung von Mietspiegeln in der jeweils aktuellen Form sowie der einschlägigen Rechtsprechung ist ein qualifizierter Mietspiegel für die Stadt Regensburg zu erstellen.
