im OP-Trakt müssen die Leitungen für den Brandschutz neu gezogen oder umverlegt werden. Hier werden Rauchmelder, Handtaster, ... neu installiert, die auf die BMA durch Fremdfirma aufgeschalten wird. Leistung erfolgt im laufenden Klinikbetrieb in abgesperrten Bauabschnitten und in verschiedenen Zeiträumen.
